Hotel les Coudercous is a building typical of Aubrac, with thick stone walls and heavy wooden shutters. It is located in Saint Chély d’Aubrac, deep in a valley, the Green Valley, at the edge of the famous Aubrac plateau and the Lot valley. This is an ideal setting for hiking, with many routes crisscrossing the Aubrac plateau, and furthermore Saint Chély is a stage on the Compostella pilgrimage trail. Given that the hotel that has passed through the hands of 4 generations of the same family, it goes without saying that you are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome. Our restaurant proposes a number of different dining solutions, including a special Hikers' Menu, a Regional Menu showcasing fresh local produce, and last but not least a Gourmet Special. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are valid from 04 September 2024. They replace any other form of general terms and conditions of sale previously in force relating to the sale of commercial offers.

The consideration of this purchase by the establishment assumes full payment for the service.

Offers are exclusively subject to sale via payment by Visa, Mastercard or Carte Bleue bank card.
The bank data relating to the card used by the customer must be entered in the corresponding fields, namely the card number, the security code, the name of the cardholder and the expiry date of the said card.
As provided for in Article L.133-8 of the Monetary and Financial Code, payment by card is an irrevocable commitment, once given.
